About Us

Lawrence Hall Health and Rehabilitation serves as a 150-bed long term care facility, offering 24 hour skilled nursing care, a memory care unit, and both long term and short term rehabilitation. Lawrence Hall is designed to promote the health and safety of patients, staff and the public. Grounds are maintained to provide fresh air, exercise, and sunshine. Our resident's rooms are comfortable, attractive, with windows, access to a hallway, attached toilet facilities with call lights, grab bars, etc. There are wide hallways with handgrip bars allowing passage of two wheelchairs. There are two lobbies and two dining areas conveniently located for use as a gathering place for meals, entertainment, and a place to display crafts and relax. A chapel is provided for spiritual needs.

We care for people who need health supervision and daily attention, but not a full range of hospital services. Young and old alike are served by skilled care nursing homes. A skilled care nursing home is a health care facility that provides nursing services (24 hours a day) for people who need it per the physician’s orders. Lawrence Hall places emphasis on living to help a person maintain dignity and independence and whenever possible, to learn to care for him/herself.

Lawrence Hall does not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin and we do business in accordance with the fair housing law. Lawrence Hall maintains a full health team qualified in specific areas to meet the needs of the resident.

All information is provided to assist the patient and the family in learning about Lawrence Hall. If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to visit lhhr.info or call 870.886.1296.
